Offer: Free first year Synagogue membership
for new families when you enroll your child in
our Hebrew School (includes 2 High Holy Day Tickets).
1) Complete a Religious School Registration Form
(Form RSR-02) for each student enrolled, and return
the completed form (both sides) to the synagogue
office with a 50% deposit per child. Deposit is
non-refundable. The balance must be paid in full
by October 31, 2008.
2)
Schoolbooks are the property of the student and
will be distributed during the beginning of the
school year. Lost or damaged books must be re-purchased
by the student.
3) Congregation Amchah requires that school families
with children enrolled in grades 3 or higher must
be members of the Synagogue, in good standing,
with all dues and other financial obligations
current at time of registration.
4)
All students becoming a Bar/Bat Mitzvah in 2008/2009
must be enrolled in the Congregation Amchah Religious
School. Bar/Bat Mitzvah students are expected
to complete the entire school year. No
refunds will be given for partial year attendance.
B’nai Mitzvah Preparatory Program is separate
and not included in the Religious School Tuition
Fees (see below).
5) Religious School Fees:
- There is a $50
Annual Registration fee per child
- There is an annual
fee of $150.00 for books and supplies per child.
- There may be
additional activities fees for field trips or
other special programs.
